I have a trauma-informed, holistic approach with elements of evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness.
I am dedicated to nurturing your resilience, facilitating wholeness and inner healing. Life is an intricate journey and therapy is simply a tool that can help you get the most out of life.
