Our Focus Areas

How We Can Help

Growth starts with understanding how you see yourself and the world around you. Our work focuses on exploring your story with curiosity, helping you make sense of what you’ve carried and what you want to shift.

Life Transitions and Identity

Whether you're entering a new chapter, questioning old roles, or trying to understand who you’re becoming, this space gives you room to sort through it.

We explore the internal shifts that come with change—career moves, relationship shifts, relocations, adulthood milestones, or moments where your sense of self feels unsettled. The work helps you understand what you need, what you're outgrowing, and how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

Relationships and Communication

Relationships shape so much of our emotional world, and therapy can help you understand the patterns you bring into them. Together, we look at how you communicate, what makes connection feel hard, and the old dynamics that show up in new places. Whether you’re navigating conflict, wanting healthier boundaries, or trying to feel more understood, this work helps you build relationships that feel more supportive, honest, and balanced.

First-Gen and Cycle-Breaker Support

For many first-generation therapy seekers, there are parts of your story that were never fully explained—inherited stress, unanswered questions, generational wounds, and unspoken rules passed down without context. You may be carrying traditions and coping patterns that come from survival and not alignment.

We hold space for the complexity of that experience: the pride, the fatigue, the loyalty, the guilt, and the desire for a more aligned future. In therapy, we explore where these patterns began, what still serves you, and what you’re ready to release as you heal for yourself and the generations coming after you.

Anxiety, Depression, and Burnout Recovery

Emotional overwhelm can make everyday life feel exhausting. In therapy, we slow things down enough to understand what’s fueling your anxiety, low mood, or sense of depletion. We explore the patterns, stressors, and inner narratives that keep you stuck—and help you develop steadier, more sustainable ways to cope. Over time, the goal is to help you feel more regulated, more present, and more connected to yourself.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered partially. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out of network psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
