Courtney Lane, RCSWI

I am here to help you reclaim your strength and navigate life's challenges. I specialize in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of domestic violence, individuals facing grief, anxiety, and depression, as well family and parenting conflicts. I am also deeply passionate about working with adult ADHD, including those who were late-diagnosed, and helping them discover and understand the unique challenges that arise as they come to terms with how ADHD has impacted their lives.

With 8 years of experience in the field, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how interwoven challenges can make problems seem insurmountable, but I assure you, with time and support, healing is possible. I incorporate a variety of therapy models to fit your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. If you're ready to take the first step towards a better tomorrow, it would be my privilege to take this journey with you.
